The Huntsman Innis now recruiting for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at this fantastic destination Inn.

About The Role

As Head Chef,menu development, stock management and maintaining a safe and compliant kitchen are a few of the areas where your skills and experience will be utilised. Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members you will ensure that high standards and attention to detail are maintained whilst continuously motivating your team to make sure that fresh, quality food is presented every time.

You will be responsible for Health and Safety policy within the kitchen, complete weekly stock takes along with managing stock rotation and daily ordering.

We are looking for a Head Chef who has experience working within a similar position and can truly demonstrate that they have the drive and ambition to take on this challenge.

The Huntsman Inn is nested high above Saddleworth Moor just outside Holmfirth village, West Yorkshire. Guests can sit by the fire in our pub whilst sipping one of our fine JW Lees ales, or dine in our fabulous restaurant with a wide menu selection to cater for all tastes. The Huntsman is also a popular choice for all occasions with luxurious rooms to cater for their guests.
