The Huntsman Inn is now recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen team.

About The Role

Under the leadership of the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be working to produce high quality, fresh food. Working in sync with the other members of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality. You will get the opportunity to work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and daily specials. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety, you will also monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Previous experience is essential for this role, and with our commitment to the continued development of our Kitchen team members you will be given the opportunity to join our JW Lees Chefs Academies.
