Solution Architect – ServiceNow ,

An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Solution Architect- ServiceNow.

In this role, you will define, design and support the on-going development of the ServiceNow application suite to enable the benefits realisation of a single Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. You will support the Product owner in the planning and delivery of new capabilities through a strategic ESM roadmap. You will report to Product Owner – ServiceNow.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for ServiceNow platform and security architecture.

• Responsible for Integration architecture - Development of integrations required to enable ServiceNow to work with the required systems.

• Development and maintenance of the AIA (Architecture & Information Assurance) for the platform architecture, system integration architecture, security & RBAC Controls and the technology being used.

• Ensure all future proposed ServiceNow solution capabilities and respective integrations are impact assessed against; the ServiceNow product road map, the existing IT landscape and for compliance and alignment with the future Strategic IT application and infrastructure road maps.

• Responsible for the creation and securing approval of any IT design documentation either directly or through Eco-System Partner / OSP respective change governance.

• Ensure solution components are compliant with RR design authority, cyber security, information assurance, and data privacy governance.

• Responsible for the validation of all ServiceNow change request impact assessments and securing approvals at Global IT change boards.

Key Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

• Solution Architecture, Network Architecture, Agile Framework Development Lifecycle experience; IT and Data Policy and design standards governance

• Demonstrable hands-on experience in defining and building ServiceNow platform solutions.

• Experience with design and configuration of application landscapes, Role Based Access Control, Segregation of Duties Policy, Outsourcing configurations and connectivity, ServiceNow Platform design and configuration

• Demonstrable experience of defining, designing, developing and implementing integrations utilising middleware products, APIs, or custom point to point integration code.

• Engagement with Eco-system vendors, OSP and third party solution / infrastructure providers

• Experience in similar role for Blue Chip, Globally distributed, complex system organisations running global business services.
