The Opportunity
This opportunity is for a Senior Associate – Employee Incentives & Benefits who will join the team and play a integral part of the team. As Senior Associate – Employee Incentives & Benefits, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and manage comprehensive employee incentive programs and benefits packages.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Client Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel to clients on all aspects of employee incentives, equity compensation, retirement plans, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Plan Design: Collaborate with clients to develop and tailor employee incentive and benefit plans that align with their business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure that client programs and plans comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and tax codes, and proactively identify and address any compliance issues.
  • Documentation: Draft and review legal documents, including employee agreements, plan documents, and regulatory filings, to support the implementation and administration of incentive and benefit programs.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence and risk assessments related to employee incentives and benefits in the context of mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, offering strategic legal advice, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Legal Research: Stay current with developments in employment law and employee incentives and benefits to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
About you:
  • We are seeking NQ, 1-3 years, 3 + and 5 + PQE solicitors, experienced in Employee Incentives & Benefits
  • In-depth knowledge of employee incentive programs, equity compensation, and employee benefit plans.
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
