We currently have an opportunity for a 0-3 year PQE solicitor to join our dedicated Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team in our London or Southampton office or for a senior solicitor to join our Manchester office.

Our top ranked Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team advises across the full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, equitable claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes and Court of Protection disputes.

We act on behalf of individuals, charities, professional executors, trust corporations and multinational banks.

The successful candidate will handle the full range of contested will, trust and estate work and will also be expected to assist with and spearhead business development initiatives.

We are looking for a highly ambitious, motivated and driven individual who is comfortable working within a very close team environment while also being able to manage their own caseload effectively with supervision from senior lawyers as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have specialised in contentious wills, trusts and estates or will have considerable experience of managing a mixed case load of litigated files.

ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications are desirable.
