What You’ll Do
  • Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers and a passion for building robust applications together with a strong development team and in collaborating with hardware instrumentation
  • Manages team members career’s, expectations, performance and involved in Team Building and Culture.
  • Working closely with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
  • Ownership, development and management of allocated departmental processes
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
  • Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Development Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues Collaborate across the business to align the solution with the rest of the organisation and ensure alignment with the strategy
Who You Are
  • Experienced in working with and maintaining a remote team of highly skilled developers
  • Experienced working on a wide range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and can be the bridge between the technical team and stakeholders
  • Preferably: Managed Ruby on Rails application and worked in a healthcare setting, gaining knowledge of standards such as GxP manufacturing, GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11/Annex 11
