Make an impact as a Software Engineer

We are looking for JavaScript focused engineers of all levels to help us with the transformation of our main e-commerce platform into a modern cloud-based, microservice powered experience.

The team

Joining our Data Graph & Content team, you will get the opportunity to work on several core services that are used by the rest of the engineering teams at RS and beyond. These include:

• Our federated data graph utilising Apollo Federation
• Our contentful backed content and label services
• Our optimizely backed experimentation service
• Our next generation personalisation service

The tech

• NodeJS
• GraphQL (ideally Apollo server and Federation)
• Microservice and serverless architecture
• Mature testing approach (unit tests, e2e testing, etc.)
• Cloud and DevOps familiarity (ideally AWS)
• CI/CD practices
• Headless CMS, Contentful
