As the Business Analyst in the Corby or London office you will join our exciting team. This is a great opportunity to join as you will be tasked with helping the business meet its objectives and goals. To do this involves working with a wide range of stakeholders across the IT organisation, ensuring business needs are explored, captured, analysed and verified so that the solutions designed and delivered meet the objectives of our change initiatives.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role

You will be the interface between IT Delivery and the business/technical stakeholders. In addition to this you will be responsible for the estimation and planning of the analysis tasks. You will also take responsibility for analysis tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion.

What you will need to have to be successful in this role

• Has a passion for Business Analysis and IT
• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role
• Has worked in Information Technology area and has experience of infrastructure services
• Ability to conduct effective requirements workshops and can adapt to apply a variety of elicitation techniques accordingly
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written) and can adapt accordingly to the audience
• Connects with stakeholders at a level that facilitates easier collaboration
• Is actively interested in latest trends in the profession
• BCS Accreditation in Business Analysis (not mandatory)
