This position will be responsible for social media strategy with Expleo. You will support the Marketing & Communications team with strategy. You will manage daily social activities and project-based social campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales, and customer loyalty globally. In addition you will provide consultancy to HR and Sales teams to ensure a consistent brand approach across the business and our employer brand represented on our social channels.
Responsibilities:
  • Work to create and implement social media strategies
  • Manage social media architecture and platforms across the company.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Create actionable plans to both grow followers and audiences,
  • Measure KPIS and analytics to support your strategy and decision making and recommendations.
  • Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Skills:
  • French and/or German language is highly beneficial
  • Exceptional communicator – strong written, oral and inter-personal skills are essential in an environment working with a large network of international teams
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, and navigate calmly through change
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to keep pace in a busy office environment
  • Creative thinker
  • Team player willing to be involved across marketing functions to deliver integrated communications strategies
Experience:
  • 5+ years solid experience in managing social media strategy
  • Experience of b2b social media tools and tactics
  • Experience developing and managing social media in a data-driven, integrated marketing environment
  • Experience of social media and influencer marketing programs
  • Proficient using multi-social listening tools such as Hootsuite or similar
  • Experience of using social media as part of a multi-channel marketing campaign
  • Proficient at paid social media advertising
