Overview:
As part of Expleo’s continued growth strategy, we are looking for 2 Project Managers, one of which will be at Principal level. The salary is negotiable based on skill set, experience and seniority, In addition to the salary, we offer 25 days annual leave, pension plan, hybrid working arrangements, optional health care plus a host of other staff benefits

Two Project Managers are required to work within our Mechanical Engineering business unit supporting customers in the Aerospace and Defence sectors.
The role will include planning and commercial modelling for bids in addition to the management of project(s) working with engineering technical leads covering multi-disciplinary Product Design solutions and services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage both risk and opportunities
  • Manage a variety of complex projects and bids
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers
  • Report to Management on the progress and performance of the project
  • Manage sub-contractors, ensuring flow through of customer requirements and supplier performance
  • Manage all project stakeholders; ensuring strong communications are established and maintained
  • Ensure a relevant Project Management Plan complete with resource plan are fully maintained
  • Coaching and Mentoring of Junior Project Managers
Skills:
    • Customer-focused balanced with recognising the need for governance
    • Ability to establish and meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong planning and delivery orientation
    • Experience in bids and projects
    • Full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification and developing capture plans and winning strategies
    • IPMA/Prince/APM qualified and an Engineering or Business Degree/diploma would be advantageous.
    • SC Clearance will be required for this role
