We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Executive to join our team. If you are a social media whizz with a passion for mental health and a knack for creating engaging content then look no further. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to London. Social Media Executive Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) Remote Permanent Salary up to £30,000 per annum Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK Thrive Mental Wellbeing is an established start-up revolutionising the health and wellbeing industry. We’re on a mission to change the way people access mental health support, and we need a vibrant and creative Social Media Executive to amplify our brand across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimise our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.), owning all aspects of content creation, copywriting and publishing Stay updated with trends, platform updates and algorithms, adapting our strategy accordingly Manage community engagement and oversee KPIs, performance, and reporting Create or adapt long form client content for lead generation Lead in copywriting and reviewing copy aligning with our brand voice Collaborate with the wider marketing and commercial team Support in creative design of client content and external marketing Undertake any other tasks, duties or projects which may arise from time to time, as directed by the Marketing Manager About You 2+ years’ experience managing social media platforms Strong knowledge of social media analytics and best practices Excellent copywriting and written communication skills Ability to outline and adapt a social media strategy for each platform High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects Understanding of SEO best practices and experience in B2B marketing Knowledge of operating across other digital channels - email, SEO, paid etc Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Wordpress, Showit and Canva is a plus Passion for the mental health sector and experience in B2B SaaS and startups is highly desirable Benefits In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum and a robust benefits package including: Company share options 30 days Annual Leave Remote role with access to Hubble locations nationally Regular Face to face team meetings Full home office set up with choice of equipment (MacBook, Windows surface) Dedicated Wellbeing Champion Team Access to external Mental Health therapy A coaching culture to nurture and support your development as a marketing professional and as a Thriver Up to £1000 per year on personal and professional development Part of an exciting, established start up in the Health and Wellbeing Industry - ability to contribute to growth and direction Flexible working and autonomy over working style Regular team days and events How to apply for the role: If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click "apply" today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to tailor your application and provide a cover letter or any supporting documents.
