Glasgow/Remote (fully remote working arrangement available)

£35-45k plus equity

Sanderson is delighted to present an exciting marketing role with a start-up in the FinTech space entering a scale-up phase. Following a significant investment, the client is bringing a new product to the market that will transform how people manage their financial wellbeing when transitioning from renting to buying property.

Our client is looking for a forward-thinking, creative marketing specialist with a drive to attract their target audiences – specifically through social media channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 4 years’ experience working in a similar role either in a marketing agency, in-house, or independently. The ideal candidate will be media savvy and have market knowledge of top social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. This is a key hire as you will be the first internal marketing employee for this FinTech, so it is the perfect opportunity to shape your role and own the campaigns and potentially lead a team in future.

Job responsibilities/tasks

  • Copywriting and proofreading of ads and blog posts
  • Responding directly to customer queries on social media channels
  • Producing high-quality video and photo content to present the client’s products in the best light to their customers
  • Collaborating and working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysing and identifying audience trends, to present insights to senior stakeholders
  • Regular engagement with customers
