IT Service Delivery/IT Support Manager

I am looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery/IT Support Manager for a Financial Services organisation in Greater Manchester. This role will be 2-3 days per week onsite and the rest emote if needed.

Reporting directly to the IT Director, you will be responsible for IT Support Business wide and the line management of a small technical team including Infrastructure Analysts, System Administrators and Service Desk Analysts.

The IT Service Delivery Manager/Support Manager will have a technical background and previous experience of managing an IT Support function including the delivery of IT Services and management of IT Assets and Service Catalogues. Where applicable you will manage 3rd party suppliers and create regular reviews of all IT processes.

I am looking for an individual with great prioritisation and customer services skills. You will be a solid team manager but also remain hands on.
