Job Description

Site Manager – South Wales
A reputable contractor are wishing for a Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This well-established contractor prides themselves on delivering first class, innovative projects who design, construct and fit out buildings across both the public and private sector. You will have responsibility for the life cycle of the project including customer relations, Health and Safety, quality, environmental, programme and the cost/value of operations.

Responsibilities:
    Ensuring the construction works run to strict programme
    Managing pre-construction activities
    Maintaining strict quality control procedures
    Procurement and management of the supply chain
    Management of change – client/Company/supply chain
    Lead regular site meetings with all interested parties
    Conducting regular site safety checks
Applicants should possess:
    Detailed knowledge of building regulations
    Experience of a similar role working for a main contractor
    Healthcare experience desirable
    NEC and JCT understanding
    SMSTS, FAW and CSCS
    Relevant driving licence
