Shift Engineer – Meals, Wigan
You will work 2/3 days ON 6am to 6pm, 2/3 days OFF, then 2/3 nights ON 6pm to 6am, 2/3 nights OFF - this pattern means you will have 2 weekends off every month.

£38,054 Per Annum plus Shift Allowance £1,800

Accoutabilities

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shift Engineer (Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Electrical bias) to join the team to undertake planned preventative maintenance activities and reactive maintenance to ensure optimum efficiency of the plant.

You will provide full emergency breakdown cover for all plant and services while providing full support to the Engineering department in order to carry out all works in an efficient and economical manner.

About You

Ideally, you will be an electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer with PLC knowledge, preferably Allen Bradley and Siemens

You will have a real flair for maintenance and be proactive with ideas for improving the plant and engineering departments and be able to demonstrate an aptitude and passion for engineering with experience gained in Food production or FMCG industries
