Sheltered Housing Coordinator £23,120 per annum Trowbridge, Wiltshire and surrounding areas Flexible working opportunities Permanent Full time (37 hours) Closing Date: midnight, 7 June 2021 Interview Date: 17 and 18 June 2021 Who our client are Our client are a charitable social enterprise based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.   • Dress down Fridays (for office-based colleagues) The role The purpose of this role is to be part of a team providing a housing landlord service to our sheltered customers It has the following main responsibilities;
  • Ensure their sheltered schemes are well managed across a range of housing management functions, working with other teams
  • Providing effective customer service to our sheltered customers
  • Work with their sheltered customers to ensure that fire safety risks are minimised What they need For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
  • Understanding of landlord responsibilities
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a changing environment
  • Ability to problem solve and be accountable
  • A natural empathy with older people
  • Experience of services for older people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of engaging with customers
  • Access to a car for work A basic DBS will be required for this role
