The postholder will:

  • Work with MAST Service Manager colleagues as part of MAST’s Senior Management Team.
  • Work with other services and partner organisations to develop and embed the multi-agency early help offer, andwork with commissioned early help services overseeing performance and ensuring effective co-ordination with the wider offer.

You’ll need to be able to build strong and effective working relationships with many different partner organisations and to lead and motivate teams who support children and families to be in control of their lives.

With a thorough knowledge of good practice in work with children and families, you’ll have ideas about how to adapt this to the needs of communities in Sheffield and the practical skills to make change happen.

If you’re up for the challenge of transforming early help for children and families in Sheffield, we would love to hear from you.
