About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate and talented Service Leader. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.

The services support and care for people with autism and learning disabilities. There are 11 people who we support who live over three properties and therefore knowledge and experience of working with this client group across multi-sites is essential. As a skilled leader you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the team offering coaching, mentoring and supervision, be accountable for the quality assurance; monitoring and auditing, and all regulatory requirements. You will be a registered manager confidently take on the responsibilities that ensure CQC compliance is adhered to. You will lead person centred approaches and deliver on the safety, quality, financial stability and the on-going development of the service.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the 24-hour management of the Service, ensuring that all aspects of support and service delivery is focused on meeting the needs and preferences of the people supported within the philosophical framework of person centred planning.

About You

Professional and effective communication, leadership and coaching skills are important as you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be committed to person centred planning and positive risk taking. It is essential you are a driver with a full license. You must have an NVQ Level 5 in Management in Social Care.
