About The Role

CommunityIntegrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers to join our team in Wareham! We can offer bank, full time and part time roles.

As a SupportWorker, you will support people who have learning disabilities, autismand mental health concerns with their daily routines. The people wesupport live in their own flat on a site totalling 14 flats that require careand support. Red Oak Court, is a supporting living service and we are promotingindependence. Support needs are; personal care, food preparation, shopping,support with cleaning, support with running their own flat, medication,appointments, community involvement, activities, family contact and day to daytasks.

You will be joining an award-winning charity. This is an excitingrole, where you can change lives for the better and enjoy brilliantexperiences.

About You

The person we support wants the applicants for this role to befun, easy-going, understanding, have shared interests and keen to support him.

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If youhave other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will giveyou all the support that you need.

You will use the best of your personality and skills every day.From supporting people to enjoy their favourite activities to enabling peopleto live independently, you will make a real difference.
