About The Role

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for Support Workers at St Catherines Care Home in Nantwich! We can offer both full time and part time roles, on night shift patterns.

St Catherines supports older people and people living with dementia to lead full and happy lives.

You’ll be working for an award-winning charity. As a Support Worker, you will change lives for the better and will gain brilliant life-skills and experiences as a result.

About You

Prior experience of working in care isn’t always necessary. If you have other skills and experiences that you can bring to this role, we will give you all the support that you need.

We’re looking for candidates who are kind, dedicated and passionate. You will use the best of your skills every day to ensure that having a disability is not a barrier to leading a good life.
