Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with a long established client who are recruiting for a Service & Installation Coordinator on a permanent basis. Job title: Service and Installations Coordinator Salary: Competitive Location: Catterick Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri Duties are but not limited to:
  • Arrange Field Engineers workload whilst maintaining SLA for the customers
  • Responsible for monitoring and driving productivity
  • Be organised at logistic planning
  • Respond to customer calls and update them on engineer visits
  • Maintain positive relationships with Engineers and Customers
  • Ensure all admin and customer accounts are up to date To be considered for the role you will have:
  • Experience in route planning
  • Strong knowledge / experience with MS packages
  • Computer literate
  • Strong customer service skills
