2nd Line Service Desk Analyst is required to join a thriving company in Aberdeen. This role requires someone who has previous Service Desk experience and is comfortable hitting the ground running.
A strong Infrastructure background and Customer service experience will be vital in this role, as you will be involved in resolving important urgent issues.
This role will offer flexible remote working and great training opportunities.
Responsibilities;
- Acting as a point of contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.
- Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate.
- Prioritise and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Investigate the cause of incidents and provide appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents.
Competency/Skills Required:
- Knowledge of a Server and networked environment
- Desktop support experience
- Firewalls, Anti-virus
- Office 365
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful with good customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft core systems and applications.
