The SDM is required to test and support assurance of the quality of the IS capability delivery to ensure user requirements are fully met.

Assure analysis process adherence at stage gates, signing off completion of work packages to facilitate data assurance and subsequent contract payments.

Facilitate data flow to the Joint Defence Marking Team to enable identification and marking of controlled assets across defence.

Develop SME knowledge to support future development/change to the ASSC Service including development/delivery of training and support to users on the ASSC Service.

Responsibilities

Support the IS delivery of the ASSC Service, undertaking user testing as per requirements and provide support/representation at workshops.

Be responsible for the ASSC Service Administration and Assurance tasking including: Verification of data uploaded via RPA tools; Upload and maintenance of reference data; User maintenance, including new user set up; Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to maintain the integrity of the data; Standard Reporting; Off-line assurance and maintenance of offline data.

Maintain relevant processes and training material to ensure ongoing effectiveness for onboarding new users.

Aid in successfully delivering and maintaining a bespoke compliance programme to enable the Ministry of Defence to adhere to or facilitate compliance.
