Service AdvisorAldershotCome work with the best dealer manager around!!Customer service advisor car industry based in Aldershot for a renowned family named dealership selling both new and used vehicles.You will the chance to receive certification training with a company turning over 250 million a year with over 700 employees. They represent 3 different types of car brands in 13 different car dealers across the U.K in the state of the art facilities.This is ideal for someone who has customer service background that wants to make a leap into the car industry which has unlimited opportunities for the right person.What you will get:* Basic Pay -£27,000 - £28,000* Bonus extra 300 per month* Healthcare cash plan* 24 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) per annum rising with length of service* Discounted shopping, gym and dining benefits* Competitive bonus structures* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilityNot all experience below required:* Service advisor - Motor industry (required)* Positive and approachable* Personable and professional* Computer Skills* Telephone dealing with customers* Customer service work face to faceWhat you will be doing:* Meeting and greeting customers* Booking vehicles into the diary in the workshop* Liaising with the team to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at scheduled time* Carrying out reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow ups and regular maintenance* Sourcing replacement parts to enable vehicle repairs* On occasion helping with the collection and or delivery of customer vehicles* Producing quotations and invoicesWhy work with TN Recruits Automotive?
