My client is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor(NIGHT SHIFTS) to join their well-respected team.

**This is a remote position but it is essential that the successful applicant lives withinn 30 minuts travel of TONBRIDGE, KENT, so candidates outside of this area cannot be considered at this time**

The Successful Candidate Will Have/be
  • It is ESSENTIAL that you have previously or are currently working night shifts
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident in your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and customer requirements
  • Happy to work shift patterns
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Empathetic
  • Enthusiastic and positive towards work

Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
  • Providing exceptional customer service via the phone and online (mostly online/admin as night shifts)
  • Handling queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating internal database accordingly
  • Liaising with couriers and suppliers
Hourly rate: £10.50 per hour

Hours: 8pm-6pm Monday-Thursday

Location: Remote working involved but must be able to travel to Tonbridge on a regular basis
