Due to expansion, we are looking for a Europe & Middle East Senior Travel Specialist to join our successful Europe & Middle East team selling to our UK clients. We are looking for candidates who are driven and focused whilst keeping the Client’s wants and needs at the forefront.

The Senior Travel Specialist takes responsibility for all current and future clients’ experiences of A&K - from the moment they initially contact us through the various channels, arranging and confirming their travels, making contact upon their return, and setting up the next experience of A&K. Using in-depth knowledge of the destination, personal insight and using the full resource of Abercrombie & Kent, the service delivered should be consistently exceptional. This is measured through an ability to convert enquiries into profitable sales and deliver against expectations of consistently high client satisfaction and promote repeat business.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Person Specification

· Passionate about travel, especially Europe & Middle East

· Adhere to hours of work as the company requires, maintaining optimum cover for client enquiries.

· Promote a professional impression of A&K through an appropriate dress code.

· Meet client and colleague expectations by maintaining a professionally consistent attitude towards your work.

· A positive team player

· Articulate and creative

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Keen to progress and develop a career within the travel industry

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 per year
