We are looking for experienced and motivated Senior/Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our South Staffordshire teams to help continue our great success of delivering high quality interventions to our service users.About The RoleAre you a qualified PWP looking for the next step in your career?Here at MHM we support our PWP’s to progress in their careers by offering access to various CPD opportunities including LTC and Supervision training as well as supporting those who want to take another route, into their CBT high intensity training. This has recently created opportunities for Senior PWP’s within our South Staffordshire teams.As one of our new Senior PWPs, you will join a vibrant, welcoming team of practitioners, who are committed to promoting the high-quality interventions offered at Step 2.About YouAs a qualified PWP, with at least 12 months post qualification experience, you will have proven experience of delivering assessments and PWP interventions, with clients of all ages and from a range of cultural backgrounds. You will share our passion for promoting meaningful and effective therapeutic experiences for clients at Step 2 and will have the clinical leadership skills to offer case management and clinical skills supervision, to PWPs at all stages of their career.You must be registered as an accredited PWP with the BABCP or BPS.What We OfferYou will go through our comprehensive, in-person training program in your first week of employment which will give you the tools you need to succeed in the role, as well as offering a great opportunity to get to know your new colleagues.MHM offers 27 days annual leave per annum, for IAPT roles, plus statutory holidays, and a 5% contributory pension scheme.At MHM not only can you expect an NHS IAPT comparable competitive salary, generous annual leave, and pension entitlement, you can also expect to be supported in your ongoing personal and professional development.
