Senior Process Architect

Anglian Water are seeking to appoint a Senior Process Architect . We are looking for a senior Lean / process improvement practitioner to co-ordinate and deliver business process change via our SAP S/4HANA programme.

This role is key in leading the process change , understanding, and opportunity that SAP S/4HANA presents us; in particular across finance, supply chain, billing and asset management. You will work with the business to understand how we manage business processes via SAP today, and with the business, programme team and BI partners to understand what the future standard SAP processes will entail.

You will evaluate the scale of process change, seek to maximise benefit realisation, and support the business transformation towards process performance management. As a senior practitioner you will provide appropriate support and guidance to process architects, provide a co-ordinated approach to the programme, and support the business in developing process ownership and management capabilities.

This role requires a balance of both strong technical skills, excellent stakeholder management and influencing, and coaching .
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green belt
  • Extensive experience of large-scale process change delivery or consultancy
  • Experience in understanding and articulating change across end-to-end macro processes
  • Experience of finance process improvement
  • Managing project teams
  • Leading and coaching Green belt or equivalent process improvement practitioners
  • Delivering process change within major systems change
  • Demonstrable experience of process improvement and BPM practices, use of tools and techniques
  • Experience of SAP S/4Hana and /or SAP ECC6 would be nice to hav e
  • Resilient, methodical and adaptable in approach
  • Excellent communication and people skills, effective communicator at all levels
  • Proven capability in challenging and managing ingrained views and resistance to change
  • Coaching and people development skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to switch between strategic planning and detailed delivery support
  • Strong focus on benefit delivery
