We are recruiting for a Customer Insight Analy st to join our Customer Strategy & Change team, on a permanent basis. This exciting role will see you responsible for effective and efficient analysis into Customer Experience, ensuring continued improvements for our customers, and their satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll proactively find opportunities that will enable Customer and Operations to outperform the business targets and drive direct change in our Customer Experience (CMEX) score. You’ll do this by developing and enhancing analysis and understanding of the current customer experience, using qualitative and quantitative information to understand the performance of key customer journeys and channels, to highlight problems and opportunities, and deliver an accurate and understood reporting and analysis function.

As our new Customer Insight Analyst, you’ll take a lead in continuously driving improvements and risk reduction through proactive analysis, deliver customer analysis strategy to drive a proactive management cu lture, and coach, develop and support wider functions.

What does it take to be a Customer Insight Analyst?
  • Ideally you’ll have relevant experience of completing analysis into customer journey & channel performance to improve customer experience
  • Customer focused with a desire to effect change on behalf of our customers
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, including the ability to present complex information for a non-specialist audience
  • Strong organisational, time management, prioritisation and decision making skills
  • High degree of flexibility to cover operational events
  • Ability to think strategically and to change and challenge accepted working practices in favour of new and more effective ways of working
  • High level of IT literacy with particular emphasis on data gathering and manipulation
  • Strong numerical and statistical skills
