Senior Platform Administrator
9 Month Fix Term Contract

As a Senior Platform Administrator, you will enhance our service experience by supporting our customers as they transact business on our platform. You will be a competent and accomplished Platform Administrator who is able to demonstrate supporting their colleagues and Team Manager with activities. Strong demonstration of the Future Fit behaviours is always essential for operating within a position of trust.
Senior Administrators within Back Office, it is your role is to support the delivery of all client transactions and ensure they are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Proactive, professional, and approachable manner
  • Taking initiative and confidence when dealing with difficult situations
  • Challenging and influencing others including peers and seniors
  • Improving processes and identifying efficiencies with a strong attention to detail
  • Adherence to procedures, leading by example and collaboration with colleagues.
It’d also be great – but not essential - if you’ve got:
  • Knowledge of the impact of change on NPS and customer complaints
  • Experience of delivering constructive feedback
  • Sound knowledge of client money rules and practices
  • Knowledge of Managers PEGA and CMS desirable
