Senior Payroll AssociateThe company: We are working with one of the largest payroll bureaus in the UK who are dedicated to providing the highest level of expertise and specialist knowledge in the field of payroll. They are offering a 3 month assignment, based in Farnborough, with a generous payrate of between £17.50 and £19.50 per hour, based on experience. The role has on site parking as well as a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days remote working per week expected. The role:
  • This role as a senior payroll associate will include management of partnership clients and those with larger accounts and opportunities.
  • Work as part of the broader management team to ensure consistent level of customer service on projects that will develop and execute consistent processes, technologies and customer engagement to address service quality and performance.
  • Align to the Customer Service Model – aligning skills, competencies and capacity to best meet the needs of the customers.
  • You will work with the onshore and offshore team to deliver quality customer service, on-time and accurate. Skills:
  • You will be CIPP qualified or possess a similar qualification.
  • Previous experience in fully managed payrolls.
  • Proven ability in building and managing a high performing team – working onshore and offshore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
