About This Opportunity

As a Technical Support Specialist (Service Agent Team) you will focus on responding appropriately to incoming calls, emails and online chat regarding the delivery of goods to Stanley Black & Decker approved stockists in the UK, along with any other support they may require.

For The Successful Applicant You Will Need

A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar Customer Service role (Essential)
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with a variety of customer enquires
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and be adaptable to change
Experience of handling a large volume of calls on a daily basis
Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationshipsTo fulfil this role we are looking for a meticulous, forward thinking individual. You’ll be able to demonstrate and give examples of previous customer service experience, and be able to work at pace and have a track record of delivery. Along with experience in a customer service background the successful candidate would need to have the ability to prioritise their tasks along with well-developed relationship building skills.
