In our North Oxon Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Getting More Help (GMH) Team, we are proud to be developing a needs-led, responsive and accessible service based on the Thrive model.We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to work within our integrated CAMHS team . You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with access to supervision and training to support you in this role. We are interested to hear from clinicians with a range of experience.If you’re newly qualified and looking to start your career in CAMHS, we can offer this role as a developmental opportunity - we’ll provide you with support to grow and meet competencies to move to the senior role.If you have experience already, we can offer you a fantastic role in the senior position, where you can make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.You will work along side our multi-disciplinary team consisting of Nurses , Social Workers, Occupational Therapists , Family therapists , Psychologist and Consultant Psychiatrists.You will be expected to deliver generic mental health assessments and risk assessments of children and young people open to the Getting More Help Team. Depending on the needs of the YP this could either be on an urgent or routine basis. Working collaboratively with CYP families/other agencies you will develop holistic plans of care which are evidence based.You will be expected to hold a clinical caseload which consists of care co-ordination as well as providing evidence based therapies. At present we are achieving this on a hybrid basis at present with a mixture of office working and working from home.You will be expected to partake in the duty rota.
