The Salisbury CAMHS Team has an exciting opportunity for a qualified RMN, OT or Social Workerwho will lead the Community CAMHS Team alongside the Clinical Team Manager. Salisbury CAMHS is a multi disciplinary team that provides assessment and intervention for children and young people aged 0-18 years.

Along side your leadership responsibilities you will be expected to hold a clinical caseload of children and young people with a wide range of mental health difficulties.

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled, enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about working with children and young people and who would like develop their skills in leadership. The successful candidate will be someone who is able to demonstrate excellent clinical practice, who can supervise and support team members, and who is confident in offering consultation and training both within the service and to other agencies. Clinical Supervision and Clinical Professional Development (CPD) are high priorities for the service.

An additional part of this role is the Liaison lead, where you will develop close working relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the provision of the Liaison service for Salisbury, there will be a need at times to support the Liaison rota.

Experience

of working within CAMHS is essential for this post. Oxford Health has a strong commitment to clinical training and the Trust is participating in the national Children & Young People IAPT programme.
