Job Summary

This is a 6 month maternity cover contract and you will be required to work on site 4 days per week.

You will oversee the end-to-end activation of partnership delivery including customer redemption journeys, marketing campaigns, customer services and technical deliverables. This will involve translating research and data, asset sourcing, leading the creative process from ideation to delivery, planning campaigns and pitching content and ensuring clear understanding of the Disney+ brand and content priorities. You will need to have experience of activating marketing campaigns in order to meet commercial objectives and be able to pivot successfully in order to meet these objectives.

The Opportunity & Responsibilities

Day to day the role will work with partners/markets to ensure we deliver against all marketing and commercial KPIs:

  • Senior Marketing lead for multi-market EMEA wholesale partnerships and all EMEA content partnerships to deliver subscription targets by partner / market
  • Delivery of core marketing KPIs
  • Ensuring campaigns are thoroughly planned, well executed and reviewed
  • Smart utilization of data to inform strategies, plans and decision making - with a focus on awareness, activation and engagement
  • Guidelines, IP usage and ways of working are clearly set out
  • Innovative creative thinking and idea generation
  • Setting the strategy and overseeing all content partnerships for Disney+ titles in EMEA
  • Manage, develop and provide leadership to a Manager and Co-ordinator in the team.
  • Overseeing the Disney+ ad-tier launch with all relevant EMEA partners, being the key POC with global teams and internal ad-tier leads. Focus on customer journey, activation, legal requirements, customer service process and marketing plans and communications (short term project).
  • Responsible for leading the campaign development of all UK / Pan-Regional Studio partnerships– including creative briefing and development, internal stakeholder approvals (legal / brand) as well as management of the partner through the process.

The Experience We Require From You

  • Proven track record in delivering results through building and managing third party partnerships, with the ability to develop clear strategies and ‘best practice’ thinking; and work effectively and collaboratively with peers in London.
  • Developing and delivering end to end marketing partnership campaigns

  • Ability to build deep collaborative relationships with external partners
  • The right collaborative, influencing and relationship building skills to be effective in a large global matrix organisation
