Carnival UK has big plans for the future! Already the market leader, CUK (which operates the P&O Cruises and Cunard Brands) will continue to as we add new ships to the fleet and further transform the industry by making cruising a mainstream holiday for UK guests.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Onboard Revenue team as a Senior Manager, Commercial and Marketing, Onboard Revenue on a 14 Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract.

The Role

In this role your focus will be largely on Commercial management for assigned specialist Revenue partners, taking responsibility for co-ordinating a range of cross functional projects, developing excellent stakeholder relationships and acting as the central point of contact for all associated business operations. Seeking new business opportunities, you will manage functions such as; brand associations, marketing strategy and operational excellence.

You will be accountable for Reporting and Performance tracking along with Project Management including delivery of associated new build, refit and initiative programmes. As a business leader in this role you will support the delivery of annualised targets and long term strategic growth

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a similar Commercial Management role along with experience of Budget Control and Performance Reporting. You will be confident in managing large, complex change programmes and your expert analytical skills will allow you to identify revenue opportunities and risk.

You will have the ability to develop excellent relationships with internal and external partners whilst managing cross functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects in a fast paced environment.

Strong negotiation skills, excellent critical thinking and decision making skills are all essential for this role.

You will have sound knowledge of the development and delivery of marketing and communication principals and processes.
