WHAT YOU’LL DO

In your role, you will work collaborative as part of an Agile Squad whose mission is to provide industry-leading access to IT products and services, underpinned by best-in-class IT supporting services, processes, tools, and automation. The value you will create will impact BCG employees throughout the world and will enable their increased productivity and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include capturing knowledge content from Product Owners and converting that into written articles that are rich in business context, valuable to the reader and act to promote the Products and Services they represent. A strong user centric perspective will be a key success factor, as will an awareness of emerging technologies in automation and knowledge workspaces.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

  • Understand the business value of high-quality knowledge articles, owning their realisation from definition through to incremental release.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, delivering effective user centric UX experiences in a consumer focussed way.
  • Appreciation of the importance that user centric design and writing style play in creating valuable business content, whilst working in/with geographically diverse teams.
  • Working in a flexible and agile manner, with an understanding of industry best practices involving knowledge management, user centric design and content curation tools
  • Displaying a consultative approach and be capable of balancing often competing demands of design, technological constraints, and commercial realities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Ability to communicate with clarity and impact, using a versatile business tone of voice and style that reflects a relaxed consultative approach.
  • Understanding and exposure to content creation and UX skills / techniques and their practical application in areas such as knowledge management and change management.
  • Exposure to agile change delivery, with experience of working within a Scrum delivery model using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of how content can be managed and presented to maximise its impact, including the optimisation of search and content curation.
  • Experience in maintaining internal stakeholder networks, building relationships, and acting as a trusted partner in delivering business value.

YOU’LL WORK WITH

An Agile Squad, made up of fellow Business Analysts, UX and Communications Experts, Developers and QA
resources, alongside a Scrum Master and Product Owner. The Squad is part of the Digital Products organisation.
