About you

You will be a self-motivated individual with the ability to deliver excellence and be able to work effectively with others. Either way, you will be working with cutting edge technologies. You will typically have proven 3rd line IT support experience and be accustomed to working as a technical lead in a professional IT BAU operations environment, delivering large complex work packages and utilising ITIL processes. You will be a trusted advisor to senior managers, whilst also supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team with our range of Cloud and on-premises technologies providing a great opportunity to develop your knowledge.

We do not expect you to be proficient in all the areas that we cover, but if this sounds like you, you are a quick learner and have proven strong technical lead experience, then we would love to hear from you.
