Job Summary:We are hiring a Senior HR Transformation Program Manager to lead a portfolio of initiatives to transform the Human Resource function to meet the needs of our employees, leaders, and our rapidly growing business. Be a thought partner to our HR Leaders to gather insights, identify the highest impact opportunities, design solutions customer-back, and partner with multiple enabling teams to ensure seamless delivery. Responsibilities


  • Insights:Facilitate and lead the gathering of customer and business insights to inform priorities, designs, and change management.
  • Partnership:Be a trusted strategic partner and representative of the HR Transformation and Operations function with our HR Leaders and Centers of Expertise. Be a partner in delivery with IT, Employee Communications, HR Operations, and all partnering functions to ensure high engagement and seamless delivery.
  • Planning: Providing inputs into strategic business cases. Planning large scale and/or complex programs. Will be leading multiple functional teams (internally and externally) to deliver strategic business cases, terms of reference (TOR), high-level milestones.
  • Project/Program Delivery: Lead the Core Team and oversee all effort required for each project this role is responsible for, developing and delivering detailed project plans. Ensure all activities are successfully delivery on time, within scope, within budget and at the level of quality agreed to with the Project Sponsors and Steering Committee. Provide coaching to team members and more junior project resources.
  • Communication: Lead communication across the core project team, with key stakeholders and governing bodies. Coordination with the Change, Communication and Learning lead on change impacts, delivery approach and training/coaching of the change. Presentations to executive level stakeholders.
  • Issue & Risk Management: Has responsibility for performing and managing the issue and risk management efforts overall for each project this role is responsible for. Applies lateral thinking and analysis to solve complex problems when necessary and escalates appropriate based on the agreed to escalation process and governance model.
  • Leader as Coach:Be a coach for the project teams to inspire, engage, remove barriers and advise to resolve complex challenges and deliver game changing results.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-12 yrs. overseeing 2-4 projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources programs, delivering employee and leadership facing programs across the full range of HR domains, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Rewards, and Operations.
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in mid-size (5k employees minimum) to large size companies, implementing projects with budget from $1M - $5M or greater and significant people, process and technology changes and aggressive timelines.
  • Expertise in LEAN methods including Design Thinking, Agile, and continuous process improvement.
  • HR Technology: Experience delivering results leveraging HR Technology including HCM, ATS, CRM, and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in highly rapid and fluid business environments.
  • Highly competent in facilitating meeting with many functional areas represented and taking notes live.
  • Strong language skills both written and spoken.
  • Able to work in agile technology environment and possessing and creative solutioning skills.

Preferred

  • 8- yrs. leading programs reporting directly to Executives (VP) and above, preferably with experience presenting to VPs/Executives.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Certification(s) in project management, quality management, agile methodology and/or six sigma preferred.

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $135K -$187K per year with 25% bonus target.
