In your role you will w ork in the HR Services Optimization team to gain an understanding of HR Systems that support a global company. Gaining exposure to Employee Content and Knowledge Management, HRCM Systems, Project Management & Continuous Improvement. You will receive training on all key tools and actively supporting within the team to gain experience on how to tackle day to day problems faced by HR Systems and Employee Query handling.

Please note this is a full-time internship running through December 2021.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

• Identify content improvement and Search engine optimisation
• Support the testing and quality control of Core system enhancements
• Support the senior business analysts in their project delivery across the centres of excellence

Requirements:

• Studying towards or graduated in an relevant area of study ( IT / IT Sciences / Computer Engineering Studies / Data and Analytical Studies / Content Marketing Studies)
• Available and eligible to work full-time until end of year (December 2021)
• Strong financial and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong PC skills, particularly with MS Excel
• Competent in excel and data analysis
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Strong multitasking ability needed to facilitate multiple projects and daily ad hoc requests
