Speciality:

Responsible for supporting the HR Operations Manager -Management support, ensuring that policies, procedures, projects and cases are managed well and to a high standard.

Supporting the HR Operations Manager in ensuring the work for the Corporate customers is tailored to their needs -deliver high level support to Corporate customers.

Work with Directors and heads of service, producing solutions for case issues, assisting with training and the development of managers in the service areas..

Support and coach managers in undertaking investigations, writing investigation reports and advising as part of the policy process.

To support the HR Operations Manager in delivering the Service priorities and outcomes for the organisation.

Monitoring and reviewing management support data to identify ways to improve management confidence in dealing with people issues, and improve the HR service.
