About the role

Following an internal promotion, we are now seeking an experienced claims professional with strong fleet knowledge to join our growing Corporate Insurance function based in Stratford upon Avon.


Our Corporate Insurance boasts a portfolio of clients to include some of the UK’s largest household names, with insurance premiums ranging from £100k to £10mil. As a Senior Claims Technician in the non-injury department, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of all technical performance indicators by training, coaching & guiding others, building technical capability across the department, and handling a small portfolio of the most complex high value fleet claims, with an authority of up to £500k.


Additionally, you will work collaboratively with our Team Leaders to audit and monitor the application of policies, procedures and processes, identifying and managing any risks and issues and managing complaints and breaches in line with FCA requirements.

This role will allow you the opportunity to have plenty of interaction with our clients where you will build strong relationships and coach them around things like investigations and reports to help get the best and fairest outcomes on their claims.

About you

As well as a background in handling high value complex, non-injury claims, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills and will be used to managing complaints in line with regulatory requirements.


You will also have experience of coaching and developing others and providing constructive feedback where necessary.


Our clients are based throughout the UK, and so it is important for the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of relevant legal requirements across all 4 jurisdictions.
