Location: We work from home, our modern offices in Stratford, Billericay, Poplar and also on our sites. If you want a job that you can flex around your home life, then this one is a keeper!

These days, every housing Company says that they are innovative but are they really?

At Swan, the proof is in the pudding. We’re unique as we’ve got our own fully integrated construction management team in-house working to deliver our pipeline of over 8,000 homes. We also have our own factories that produce modular homes and so innovation is truly at the heart of everything that we do. We take calculated risks and we are not afraid to try new things. Some might even call us trail blazers…

Being part of a Housing Association, social purpose is our mantra. The work that we do can truly make a difference within Essex and East London. We build homes and communities, not just houses, as regeneration is at the core of our growth strategy. Swan will provide you with a tailored management training programme and a great benefits package too.

You:
You could be a Senior Development Manager with several years of experience working on a variety of complex and exciting projects or be finding that you are ready to move on from the Development Manager position you have held. Whichever it is, if you are interested in working on a circa £600m estate regeneration scheme in Southend-on-Sea with large scale infrastructure works, or a market leading housing-led regeneration project being delivered through our modular factory in Basildon amongst other exciting projects, Swan would like to hear from you.

Having already held at least one Development Management position, you probably know a lot about what this type of role will entail. You will be expected to take ownership of key aspects of projects and have a dynamic and “can do” approach. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional schemes that will win awards and deliver transformational change for existing residents and visitors. For more information please take a look at the job description.

Additional Benefits Package:
Annual Bonus – up to 15% of your annual salary (*performance related)

(Psst! – that’s around £12,300 based on a salary of £82,000!)

Private medical insurance & life assurance
Competitive pension scheme
36 days annual leave including bank holidays
Enhanced family friendly benefits including great maternity and paternity schemes
