crooton are working with a market-leading windows,doors and conservatories firm in Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Senior Department Manager to join the team on a full-time basis based in Bradford.This company leads the way in home improvement design and installation, having built a strong background with over 32 years’ experience installing conservatories, orangeries, extensions, windows, doors, and rooflines. We pride ourselves on our high-quality customer service of bespoke designs, truly suiting to the clients’ needs.Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:30 Must be flexible when required.Salary: CompetitiveLocation: BradfordAs a Senior Department Manager Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Operational support relating to survey and installation of all products
  • To provide a high level of customer services to customers during their warranty period
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Support the Operations Manager on important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Monitoring projects and teams
  • Project Management and Implementation
  • Meet business targets -KPI’s
Preferred Skills And Knowledge
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Man-management experience in a large team
  • Solution orientated and encourage financial efficiencies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
