Job Description

Our Shore admin team provides end to end support for our shore based colleagues. We deal with all administration associated with recruitment, employee changes, benefits all the way through to processing leavers. We are proud of what we do and the way we support each other as a team.

The Role

The administrative team is responsible for the management of HR related tasks for the shore side of our operations. In this key role you will be ensuing that all employee transactions within your remit are executed to the highest standard. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to, administering employee benefits, family friendly policies, VISA applications and dealing escalations from more junior members of the team.

A significant part of this role involves being a subject matter expert for our HR system, including testing and development of new modules.

About You

We are looking for someone who has got strong administrative background in transactional HR environment. You must be confident in using variety of IT systems and be able to pick up new tasks quickly. We work to the ‘first time right’ principle and expect a high level of accuracy in all tasks you will be delivering.

This role has been levelled CUK11 and is a 6 months fixed term contract
