The Financial Assessments and Benefits (FAB) service is all about ensuring that Adults’ Health & Care service users know how much it will cost them and what welfare benefits they may be entitled to claim. The smooth running of this service is dependent on the accuracy, efficiency and professionalism provided by our friendly admin team.
You’ll play a vital role delivering great customer service using your excellent keyboard and telephone skills and by being able to work to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
By using up-to-date digital technology, you’ll be responsible for contacting service users, booking appointments with our assessment officers, maintaining service user files, processing and communicating financial assessment information, and generally providing admin help and support to the assessment officers.
We are currently working from home in response to the current situation however, the team office is based close to Winchester city centre with excellent transport links.
