About the Role:
The Faculty of Business and Law seeks to create better futures for our students, through responsible leadership and organisation. We help our students develop the skills needed for the real world and to realise their ambitions. We teach our students in state of the learning and teaching facilities and through an active and dynamic business and law curriculum.

The role of School Administrator sits within the School of Management (SoM) for the Faculty of Business and Law. The incumbent will provide high quality, responsive, flexible and customer focused administrative support for students in the School. As well as providing a responsive and customer focused reception desk service.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in an administration function, ideally within Higher Education, as well as experience delivering quality customer service. Ideally the candidate will have experience of University platforms such as Canvas, and University Databases such as ASTRA/E-Vision.

The candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take notes at committees and meetings. With good IT and communications skills, the ability to deliver work to an agreed standard and on time is essential.
