About us


St Joseph’s RC Primary School is a welcoming and loving community where children and adults feel happy, safe and respected. About the Role


Required for September 2nd 2024. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident, reliable, flexible and should be able to work as part of a strong team.


The successful candidate will be expected to, undertake a broad range of administrative, clerical and financial duties will be fully computer literate and possess excellent word processing skills. Familiarity with the SIMS package and knowledge of school finance systems / packages is essential.


The team at St Joseph’s RC Primary School is dedicated, hardworking and supportive. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of this team, providing enthusiasm, humour and a determination to support each other in providing an excellent school experience for our pupils.


The successful candidate should be willing to promote the Christian ethos of the school.


Pay Details: Level 3 Grade 5 SCP 8 – 12 £24,702 - £26, 421 p.a. pro rata to hours per week and weeks per year.

Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 5 days. 6.5 hours per day: 32.5 hours per week (8.30 – 4.15 (45 minutes for lunch), 39 weeks a year.

About you


You will need:

  • Initiative
  • Skills working as part of a team and also independently
  • Knowledge of management information systems . (SIMS knowledge would be preferable)
  • To be approachable and with excellent communication skills.
  • To be able to multi-task and work to deadlines
