Title: SAP TrainerDivision: Manufacturing Engineering
Contract Position based at: Hams Hall
Rate: up to £33.94/hr Ltd rate (which equals £26.15/hr PAYE rate)
Position Description
As a SAP Trainer you will be a part of an established SAP practice responsible for training programmes to support existing and new system roll outs. You will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to end users, allowing them to maximise the use of their SAP system.
The team is based at the Battery Assembly Centre, Hams Hall, but team members may be required to move between each of the engineering and operational plant locations. The ideal candidate will have experience and will have a good understanding in two or more of the following SAP Production Planning SAP Extended Warehouse Management SAP Quality Management SAP Master Data Management SAP Plant Maintenance
Main Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing process-based curriculum
- Creating / updating process training documentation
- Developing SAP training material
- Developing SAP EnableNow lessons
- Creating and maintaining the help and the training for the new SAP users
- Evaluating the SAP users level of knowledge at appropriated levels
- Creating and supplying cross-chain experience
- Coordinating members from various process areas any other given task that falls into the employee’s qualifications or abilities
- Experience in maintaining SAP EnableNow and uPerfom lessons
- Very good explanation and communication skills
- Good experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc)
- Able to work with a large variety of people, working in various levels
- Good knowledge of various learning methods, especially designing personalised methods to meet all learning needs
- Ability to work in a team, speaks and writes coherently and fluent in English
- Participates in meetings or workshops and communicates confidently in front of an audience
Degree or equivalent education or experience

INSIDE IR35
Location: Nominally BAC Hams Hall but with travel to all JLR sites
