Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Complete the full sales process from exchange of contracts to completion
Achieve KPIs whilst ensuring accurate data on the CRM
Consultative approach to negotiations with interest parties
General administration
The Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that you will have excellent interpersonal and customer service experience, prior direct experience isn’t needed as all training will be provided for the right candidate. Further to this you will have:
excellent communication and negotiation skills
the ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable
a strong desire to achieve and eagerness to learn
experience within sales or the property industry (desired)
